Article 2 – Subject The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of
the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation
on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, which
the buyer has ordered electronically from the website www.brickization.com.

Article 4 – General Provisions
1. The buyer declares that they have read and are informed about the preliminary
information regarding the basic qualities, sale price, and payment method, as well as
the delivery of the product/products on the website www.brick-up.org, and
confirms this information electronically.
2. The seller agrees and undertakes to deliver the product/products specified in the
contract in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with
any applicable warranty documents.
3. The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer in the order form.
Article 5 – Delivery and Performance Delivery is made as soon as possible, depending on
stock availability, and the products are sent to the address specified by the buyer via a
shipping company. The delivery period cannot exceed 30 days for out-of-stock products.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal The buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal because
returns are not accepted for personalized products.
Article 7 – Dispute Resolution In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer
Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
Article 8 – Enforcement This agreement takes effect on the date the buyer confirms it
electronically.
